What sort of things does etreasure sell?
We sell a variety of collectibles, gifts and decorative items, gadgets and novelties. We are constantly adding new merchandise to our product line, so check out our site often.
What payment methods does etreasure offer?
Payments can be made using your American Express, Visa or MasterCard.
How are returns handled?
Your merchandise purchase is eligible for a refund or exchange for up to 30 days from the date of delivery.
Undamaged items need to be sent back to us. Unless agreed to in writing, return shipping is at the customer's expense. Insurance is also recommended as we cannot refund for returns damaged in return transit.
Damaged items typically do not need to be sent back. However, you will need to hold on to the damaged item and all shipping materials for damage claims inspection.
Refused or undeliverable orders are treated as returns. Return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
How can I get a catalog of all the items you offer?
We do not have a catalog - we offer far too many items and our stock changes often. If you have interest in specific items, please send us an e-mail and we will add you to our mailing list. When new items that are of interest to you arrive, we will notify you.
What if I place an order and an item is out of stock?
Once we process your order, if any of the items are out of stock, we will ship the items that are in stock and notify you of the out of stock items and their re-stock date. You will not be billed for any items that are not in stock.
How is shipping calculated?
Shipping charges are determined by the weight of the package. Once you submit your order, the shopping cart will total the weight of the entire order and then calculate the shipping amount.
I live in Canada. Are customs fees and taxes included in shipping?
Customs fees and taxes are not part of shipping charges as they are calcuated in the currency of the receiving country. These charges will need to paid by you at the time of delivery. The following costs are offered as a guideline and may vary based on your location:
- Orders valued under $20 are usually duty free
- Orders valued under $60 and shipped as a gift are usually duty free. Orders which specify different billing and shipping names are shipped as gifts. All others are shipped as merchandise.
- The Canadian postal service usually charges $5 to $8 for customs clearance in addition to any duty owed. Duty free and gift shipments are usually exempt from this fee. Larger, heavier packages may ship via UPS and be subject to higher fees.
- Duties and taxes vary by province. You should expect to pay 14% to 15% of the value of your order for duties and taxes.
Please note that if you fail to pay these fees, all carriers will attempt to collect from us. If this happens, we will pay them on your behalf and charge your credit card accordingly.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days from the time the order is placed. 3 day standard and 2nd day air orders generally ship next business day. Allow 7-10 business days for delivery of in stock items via ground.
