DIY House Address Plaque Set

Decorate your home with a DIY house address plaque set from Grasslands Road. The set includes a cement address holder with classic welcome pineapple pattern. It has holes in the back for hanging and holes underneath with screw in stakes for ground display. House numbers up to 4 numbers will ship with a 15-1/4" x 8-3/4" plaque. The 5 number plaque measures slightly longer at 18-1/4".
